Customer Service Consultant

£21,255 p.a

28 days holiday p.a (includes Bank Holidays), birthdays off, up to 3 paid days for Conservation volunteering each year, a generous company pension, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, free on-site parking.

Every day will be different and you will be involved in a range of tasks : answering customer queries by email or phone, processing orders or returns, or investigating issues with orders or deliveries.
